Simon Halsall is a British-Basque writer, director and editor.

He is in development on a number of feature-length productions.

He has written screenplays for ACE Pictures (Clemency, winner of the Sundance Grand Jury Prize for Drama), Agile Films (Femme, Beast), B&C Content (The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil), and legendary J-Horror director, Hideo Nakata (The Ring, Dark Water).

Aside from editing his own work, he has cut commercials for clients such as Mercedes, Xbox, Audi, Helly Hansen, Dell, Royal Mail, Pepsi, and more, as well as film trailers for Picturehouse Entertainment, Film Four, Third Window Films and Dancing Ledge Productions.
